CyberArk Senior Engineer

The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Architect is responsible for providing thought leadership and engineering expertise in support of the PAM program and strategy.  As a member of the Identity & Access Management Team within Cybersecurity this individual will regularly interface with cross functional team members and Cybersecurity leaders to provide recommendations and to review progress of the program.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify short and long term improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with Cybersecurity, IT, Audit, and outside consulting to design solutions that meet the company's risk and compliance requirements
  • Drive the replacement and/or improvement of legacy home-grown PAM solutions
  • Exhibit core expertise in existing PAM technologies and influence PAM future-state strategy
  • Document PAM requirements aligned to PAM strategy and oversee development and implementation
  • Review or write Audit Control Narratives for PAM related policies and standards
  • Contribute to evolving PAM policies and standards as PAM expert
  • As cloud technology SME, act as key influencer of the modernization of current PAM solutions
  • Lead PAM process improvement to strengthen security posture with user experience in mind
  • Identify and close gaps in user-facing documentation to drive higher rates of compliance
  • Actively participate in PAM UAT activities to improve quality and use experience for PAM related development
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 10+ years of related experience in a professional role; or Master’s Degree with 8+ years; or PhD with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent experience
  • Experience implementing identity management solutions for cloud platforms such as Azure Active Directory, Amazon Web Services, Google Services, and/or Pivotal Cloud Foundry
  • Experience with 1 or more vaulting and credential management technologies such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp, Conjur, RSA, and/or Centrify
  • Knowledge and application of systems and security practices at global organization levels
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, determine its cause and impact to the business and identify the corrective action needed to eliminate and prevent the event for the future
  • Demonstrates proficiency in conducting research and analyzing data to make and/or recommend modifications to processes, systems and application software
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and to make confident real time decisions 
  • Knowledge of compliance and control frameworks
  • Capable of understanding and applying new technologies to meet business requirements
